If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have been trying to cancel our service for 2 weeks now. The CS reps have been super unhelpful and even hung up on me. It took me 2 weeks for someone to tell me since I wasn't getting their email to cancel I could write a letter, but I would still have to wait 30 days due to their policy even though they have it documented I tried to cancel 2 weeks ago. The CS rep didn't even give me a mailing address before hanging up on me and then documented that the call got disconnected. I will never use Brinks again and I will never refer anyone to them. 1 day after posting this I was told someone would reach out to me to help resolve the issue... I have never been contacted by anyone since then.

Last week I committed about Brinks web site and received the response from web administrator that they will contact me and today I received a call from some lady from Brinks she wants to about my rating but first she want to know what is my secret code, so I told her that you are calling me so I can't give you that code, instead of appreciate she become agitated and telling me that I need help with web site and if I will not give her code she is going to hang-up and she did. Hope some one give her proper traing , how to talk to customer and for security reasons I did not have her code then she verify me so many different way that I the right person.
Updated Nov 3 2020: Edwin Q reached out to me. The agent was provided additional training and Edwin helped me out. He apologized that my old company went out of business and that there was some newness as to the equipment. Because of the follow up I have changed from 1 star to 3. I will give the relationship a little more time and up my stars if things go well. Sept 23rd: My account was acquired from Protect America. I was happy with Protect America and hate that no one asked me. So now I am with Brinks. Customer Service is the Worst. Their English is horrible. Had to ask for another rep because the accent was so thick. No one from US answers the phone. Seems like Mexico from the accents. We were running a system test and she did not select test in the system so emergency call center called thinking there was a break in. She did not know the equipment. She did not now how to shut off the alarm as we tested all the doors and window, major headache. Online support is a bot chat with limited selections. They do not have real ON LINE CHAT! UPDATE: Edwin Q and I spoke after playing phone tag. Edwin explained that the agent has undergone training. Edwin updated me on how to test my system on my own. He explained that my old company went bankrupt and that is how I ended up with Brinks. Edwin provided me his direct number should I have any further issues. Edwin's actions made me decide to stay with Brinks and give it a further try.
