Excellent! Best of the best. If you’re looking for a shipping service that goes above and beyond to provide top-notch service and customer satisfaction, then look no further than UPS Store 3589. I run a fine art dealership and deal with shipping services across the United States. My interactions with Sundeep, Spencer, and the whole team at the this store rank among the very best I’ve yet encountered. I handed them a very challenging problem to package and ship two large, expensive paintings and they came through with flying colors. They saved me tremendous anxiety and took a number of complications in stride. Local customers are extremely fortunate to have an honest, competent, and caring shipping service in their neighborhood. Where do I start?...... by far the best customer service I’ve ever got at a UPS Store. I will always come here for all of my shipping and business needs. Alex went above and beyond to help me package my rug to ship safety and protected. While in the store I heard all of the staff including the owner addressing guest by name and being very personable. I would recommend to family and friends.
