Our experience with AC Man Heating and Air Conditioning was FABULOUS!! If I could give a higher rating than 5 I would. From the Consult to the Installation everything was top notch. Professional and very Knowledgeable with all their services. Our old unit was 20 years and it did it’s job. We knew our problem would result in a new unit. From the start they were here to provide us great service, never pushing or pointing us to the most expensive option. Very reasonable prices with top notch unit selections. They came promptly at the time they said for consult and installation. Installation was done in 3 hours and that was with removal of our old unit.Glad we chose this wonderful team. You will not be disappointed. Kerriem Feurtado was the technician that we consulted with the whole time. He was amazing!! The new unit is working great and we look forward to enjoying the new comfort and warmth it will bring. Not forgetting the peace of mind we now have with not worrying if we will have heat or a cool house in our NC summers

Fantastic job done by Michael. He listened to my complaint about my unit, looked it over with me and proceeded with his job. Afterwards, he explained what the possible issues could be before going more into the job. He then explained what happened, how to fixed and quoted me for the job. Michael was able to complete the job the day of and showed me the problem. 100% satisfied. Thank you!

Michael was our technician, and he was amazing. Very polite, and great communication. He explained to me the issues and how things function so I understood the repair. Another company told me there was no way to repair my unit and quoted me 7000 to replace it. Michael fixed my system on the spot for less than 200! So nice to see companies can still be trusted and not take advantage of their customers.
Excellent customer service! Identify the issue and making sure we are good to go. Got to love the veterans discount to. I plan on spreading the word to my coworkers!
