Man, quality of service has gone down hill. Went in store to order a dryer that was in stock. Cool, all things went well, scheduled delivery & install. Not 1 thing that should've happened after actually did & none of the staff can give a good reason why other than \the computer says x\. Basically I was lied to & received regarding my purchase.

Another great day at Lowe’s. Front yard is coming together. A flower bed barrier project which seemed overwhelming, after some sweat equity, came together nicely. New barrier and mulch.

Just a quick errand to get some outlet wall plates. Really like that they have grey ones that blend in with my wall tile. They also had jumbo size in light almond that I needed for an outlet where the box was cut too big.

I bought a appliance package from this location on February 4th. The day we bought the package the guy that was helping disappeared for 15 minutes for a break, without letting us know. We waited for him to come back and still bought the package. I called on February 18th to get a status update on the package. I was on hold for 15 minutes and finally someone told me a manager will call me back. I never received a call back. On February 19th I called again and about 10 minutes later I was told everything but my refrigerator came in, which was fine. I told them we would pick up those items on February 20th. On February 20th I was at customer service for a hour and the only item at that point that was brought up to the front was a dishwasher. I cancelled the order after a hour wait. This is my first review I have ever written. I will never step foot back into this Lowes.

Horrible visit. I waited for help for about 25 to 30 minutes after asking. No one ever came. I watch numerous employees casually strolling by so they weren't short of staff. Finally stopped some one on the way by who acted like she didn't want to be bothered. I was only in for light bulbs for my restaurant. Needless to say they lost a customer.
