Lately I've noticed the service has been terrible. When you order online, The food is not ready when arrive. You give them a pick-up time and still have to wait for 15 minutes or longer. Online is supposed to be faster . The food quality is low. The chicken sandwich has decreased in size by alot, the Chicken was bigger than the Bun now you have excess bread. I recently tried the new rip it chicken box. I was very disappointed. The piece of chicken looked like they took one tender and made four cuts to fan the meat out, then deep fried it crispy. This made the meat very dry and chewy. It was more like a kids meal. Not lunch for an adult. So dissatisfied with Popeyes, not going to go for awhile!

Wasn't really sure what rating to give. Gave it 4 stars because of the food. The food we got was fresh, hot and tasted very good. The staff was friendly and professional but The service was very slow the one time we were here.

Lived here 3 years, this was my first time going and I will not be back. Placed my order online from the popeyes website at 12:17 during my lunch break, arrived to pick up at 12:28. The drive thru line was long, I called into the store to ask if I need to come in and get my order or pull up in one of the curbside spots and the young lady told me I had to go through the drive thru. After waiting in the drive through line 25 minutes (and still hadn't even made it to the order board), I called back in to ask for my order to be canceled because my lunch was almost over. The manager got on ther phone and said they don't have the ability to cancel orders, I would have to cancel it through whatever 3rd party service I used. I advised him that I placed my order directly through the Popeye's website and he informed me that's a 3rd pay service. So I ended up having to continue to wait for my order in the drive thru and didn't get it until 1:12pm. What's the point of ordering online if you still have to wait an hour in the drive thru line to pick up. The food was ok, fries were warm not hot, but the customer service kills it all for me. That was my first and last visit!

Went there Sat night 2/13/2021 and was highly disappointed. Ordered the flounder meal. Asked for it well done. I also got 2 apple pies, mashed potatoes and a biscuit. The apple pies were old. The fries were cold. The fish wasn't cooked as I asked for it to be. Then my fies and biscuit was just thrown in the bag. Nothing was in the wrapper. That is ridiculous. I spent an hour in that line and none of my food was right. Sickening.

Just ordered a 4 pc chicken combo with fries and a bottle, I usually don't check my order, came back to work, open.the bag and the box to find only 2 pc of chicken without my bottle of water in the bag, Popeyes always has some BS going on
