I have taken my mother there twice. The wait times are crazy! First time, everyone in the waiting room was complaining. It took us 45 minutes. Then had to wait 20 in the room for the doctor. Second time, we waited 55 minutes in the waiting room.... no one else was even in there! Then waited another 20 for the doctor.... got a PA......... no sense of urgency from the staff.

Dr. Graham closed the Riverdale office and we had a choice of Stockbridge or Fayetteville so I chose Fayetteville. Well the office waiting area is a lot smaller but haven't seen a overcrowded situation yet. Very nice patient bathroom compared to that tiny bathroom and back office is very modern looking. Staff is friendly as usual but I noticed the atmosphere is slightly different in the office more reserved which was different considering the Riverdale location was very lively with conversation and laughter and I always seem to catch lunch being catered in for the staff which I thought was very nice. As for the service...as for on time with appointments that can be a hit or miss thing. Just allot yourself 2hours at minimal for your appt. As for Dr Graham she's the best. She caring and shows a genuine interest in you as a patient. She will keep it as real as you can take it. She takes the time to actual consult with you so you have a good understanding depending on you health encourages you to come with family so someone can get all those details you may forget and Teresa at the front desk is the bomb.com she is extremely helpful on that documentation and works with you to still get you in to the doctors when your running late for your appointments and then there's Michelle she's my all over the office person. She has assisted me so much in email with obtaining authorization for portable oxygen tanks, chasing down insurance authorization, plays the middle man in anything your trying to get handled and will follow back up with you to assure you it is done. Those ladies I have been dealing with for 2 years. I wouldn't trade Dr Graham for nothing so whenever she retire or I expire she will definitely have to hand pick who will handle me as there patient because everybody can't handle Ms white as a patient.

So far I’m loving the care I get here the doctor it’s very detailed about telling me what it’s going on he answers all my questions that I have when or if I have any the front desk and back staff are friendly nice and have great customer service I’m still a little new to this place but so far I like it and will continue coming here until other wise
