After completing the diagnostic, Chris told me I have a problem with the oxygen sensor and “Maserati recommends to replace 4 of the sensors,” even though just the one is bad because otherwise the check engine light will come back on. I called Maserati USA (they were really helpful and nice) about the warranty and when they were the ones paying they recommended to only replace one. So if only one needed to be replaced why —when it was coming from my pocket— did all 4 need to be replaced? And even though the warranty covered parts and labor they still charged me for the diagnostic. I’m not going back there again!

I want to start out this review by saying prior to purchasing my Maserati I called the service manager George. I asked many questions about the reliability of Maserati’s as George patiently addressed my concerns. I’ve now serviced with FC twice and both times and I was highly satisfied. George and Sean kept me in the loop the entire time. I am highly satisfied with the service and promptness of George with my car. Thank you as always. Rich M.
Ryan Cala was our sales associate- and will be for all future transactions. First, completed the transaction on his day off! Second 90% of our transaction was completed through text and email (convenience); when we arrived car was ready and beautiful as advertised. Third, he appreciates fine automobiles, and took joy in seeing my wife and I examining the details of the vehicles. He was happy to discuss and explain any vehicle we had questions about. More importantly he guided us to not just complete a sale, but to have an excellent experience. This was concierge service that other luxury competitors advertise but do not deliver. Our local Maserati dealer brushed us off a few times - lack of customer service, follow up, prompt responses; all things Ryan delivered upon, but the local dealer failed and thereby lost clients. Lastly, never pushed or pressured us to buy-up or buy into superfluous items. Felt like I was shopping with my brother! Highly recommend them!
After lots of issues w mainline that is horrible. George in service had tech make sure my car was done b4 i left for vacation and had car so could all go together and not have wasted on place tht was paid in advance. I know was not easy on him so I appreciate george and the tech that got the car done timely. Thank u guys. But maserati themselves need to make sure places have enough loaners. But this review is for the service dept at kerbeck. Once again. Much appreciated. Saved me losing tons of and headache from a pissed of woman.
