I was very impressed with Daniel at 2Netsolutions. He went way above and beyond to fix my (older) laptop. He installed a used ssd hard drive for very cheap (which is performing 3x faster than my previous drive) and he installed W10 at no extra cost after he diagnosed my laptop and knew W10 would be the best OS for me going fwd. I would HIGHLY recommend 2Netsolutioins for any laptop/computer repair (even if it's older, he will get it flying!). Thank you Daniel, keep up the great work!

Very honest and willing to work with you. Unfortunately my computer is fried and needs a new motherboard, which I suspected, but this kind gentleman confirmed through diagnosis that I don't have the equipment to do! Directions do take you to a neighborhood as he's currently working from home but no need to be alarmed. Some of the best CS I've ever received for laptop repair.
