ZERO stars if I could. Same as the other reviews, the only drop-off center I'm aware of who charges to drop-off a prepaid package. Complete BS fee. I'll take my business elsewhere as should you.

They charged me 5 to send out a box that had a PRE PAID shipping label on it. I just sent the exact same style package 2 days prior (at a legit store) and it was free to drop off and ship. **This is a SCAM and FEDEX and UPS should not allow this location to be affiliated with them** Take your packages to a LEGIT store or just call for a pickup.

If I knew I was going to be charged a fee for a free prepaid shipping label, I would’ve went else where to return my package. Felt like I was being charged just for the hell of it.

ZERO stars...made the mistake of trying to do buisness with them once again because I live close by. Besides the random 5 fees to drop off prepaid pre-packaged, they are unhealpful, rude and just plain shady. I Dont trust them with my shipments. Really not sure how a place like this even exists.....I will drive the extra miles to avoid.

No masks on either of the two employees at the front counter. Extra 5 charge for sendig out prepaid packages from this location. Avoid.

I went in at 3:30 on 1/14/2020. The employee who was working was extremely rude. I ship with eBay a lot and they just partnered with fedex so I am new to shipping fedex and was trying to get information on why a label was different and information on shipping in general since I’ll probably be there a lot now, and he just said your one package is fine the other isn’t and walked away from me. None of my questions were answered or acknowledged. It was extremely uncomfortable. TERRIBLE customer service.
