Store is very clean and organized. Staff was friendly. Pickup packages and send them. Print out pictures from phone. Buy cards and shipping supplies. You can also laminate things. Mechanic that also prints out big banners or posters. Also sells projects supplies and gifts. Needs more than one worker at counter.

Easy to see from Road. Plenty of parking with easy access. Clean organized Store. Friendly staff. Full printing service and shipping service. This is a FedEx office where you can do your own document preparation and printing. Looks like they have plenty of supplies.

My experience is always 50-50. I either leave content or very upset. Saferrazza is the only employee with good customer service, that I have experienced. He is the best employee. Even if it is busy he always is calm and gracious. If they can’t do something he is tactful and apologizes. If you go in there make sure you go to him.

Visited this location on 4/10/18 with 17 packages to ship. The employee working refused to assist me stating that they were really busy and already had several packages waiting to go out. Luckily, she was eager to point me in the direction of the nearest UPS store, that was willing to help me and take the 624 that it cost to ship all 17 packages.
