FedEx used to be best but feel like, this store is not following FedEx rules. they are understaffed, and employees are rude. No smile, no welcome I feel like they are working free in this store or some other issue with them. I hope they will take my review to improve this problem.

I called this Fedex store to ask if they could track my package if I lost the receipt. He was too lazy to even ask my name and address or the address of where I shipped it too. He told me that without their ID tracking number they were unable to track it. With today's technology that is a lie.

Pathetic place and price. A small doc to Virginia costed 43.5 , zero weight. While return air ticket shows me 60 . Extortion....

I brought my wedding programs here to be re-cut because they were off-center and needed to be fixed. The staff knew exactly what I wanted and did it on the spot in less than 5 minutes! They were so helpful and it was so cheap for 300 programs. Thank you!!!!!
