Dylan P saved the day and the presentation! I called around 8am and needed a 36x48 site plan in a rush. He stayed on the phone with me until he received the file and assured me that it would be done in thirty minutes...low and behold it was! The site plan turned out great wont use anyone else!

I came here to have a project printed - the same project I have had printed here 3 other times in less than 20 minutes. This time they told me they were going to hit me with a ‘priority fee’ that I had never gotten before if I wanted to pick it up tonight. They were not closing for another 1.5 hours and I was the only one in the store. After pressing further they admitted they did not want to do it because there was only two of them and one of them was leaving soon.

I ship a lot for my small business and even if USPS is a bit cheaper sometimes, I'll take my business to this FedEx office location. Alex, Elijah & the gang are awesome and have helped my wife bring in some fairly large loads on several occasions. This is probably not in their job description, but it doesn't surprise me that they go above and beyond. I love these guys and will do whatever I can to bring them business. A customer service and friendliness!
