Horrible place to go for any help with prints. I have bad asthma and anxiety so I cant wear a mask. I was refused help due to not wearing a mask. I told them about my asthma and anxiety an asked for help again as I'm not good with technology. Was told one again they couldnt come from behind the counter for their safty cause I had no mask on.

Great experience both times I’ve been here, FedEx ground is actually faster and less expensive the the United States Postal Service whose rates are getting out of hand

I’m actually really disappointed in my service from these guys the past 3 times I’ve gone. I miss my Tyler location. Here they don’t really consider or think about the customer. It’s more about getting the transaction done and making a sale. I was forced to buy a print I told them I was obviously unhappy with. Then instead of offering a different service they told me “well you can pay for this and then go and buy that version after” I’ve never in my life have HAD TO PAY for a bad print. On top of that like I said they’re more about rushing the transaction and getting it over and done with than actually taking their time to make sure the customer gets what they need. Sales are pushed like crazy at this store because I felt like the entire time I was trying to make a purchase all they were worried about was whether not I added more to my purchase versus what I was actually there for. The best part is the obvious “fake customer service” energy. Where they’ll talk super nice to you and sound so so sweet but they aren’t actually helping you their just doing the bare minimum of their job. And that’s get me in, out, and to spend more money. I’ve just never had such a bad taste in my mouth after leaving a fed ex until this one....

From my phone call with FedEx this morning. I will not use them. Lisa was very short with me and rude. If you're going to work in customer service you should be patient and friendly and not rush your customers off the phone. And answer their questions without being condescending!

I will never use FedEx u send a package and they charged me 100 dollars for next day delivery and it’s been 4 day and they still have delivered my package FEDEX lied telling customer the will have it the next day DONT usé FEDEX
