MR. 504 SAUCE DRIPPER

Don't waste your time or money, these people are so rude and petty. And slow is an understatement, there's 50 people at work and 49 of them are walking in circles while the lines get out of hand, and I hope you bring a phone bill or piece of mail with your name and address in you recently moved and due to covid haven't had time to update your address, they will literally refuse to give you your mail even if you gave your state ID. If it has a different address your not getting your mail unless you have proof with you, and the crazy part is im in here twice a week and this is the first time that I've ever had to do that. This place needs to be shut down!!!!

2 per page for a self-service fax? And unfortunately I have 12 pages to send. I appreciate that you offer the service but it's a little excessive

Writing this review because I tried to leave a positive survey and my redemption code wasn't working, but I really wanted to talk about the great service I got from Morgan! I am useless with printers and Morgan was so patient in helping me figure it out and then worked with me in shipping an important package containing artwork to a museum, making sure that it would be as safe as possible and get there when it needed to be. It was definitely a long transaction but Morgan really went above and beyond to help me and never seemed annoyed when I forgot little things or had special requests. A great conversationalist and customer service provider. I would have left a survey if I could because Morgan was just that awesome, and I never respond to receipt surveys lol.

Even though I went in during a busy hour, Hannah still went out of her way to provide exceptional service! She was patient and answered all of my questions - she was also very efficient, working on my transaction quickly while maintaining a professional level of customer care. This isn’t my usual FedEx Office I go to, but I think it is now! Thank you!
