Simply needed to find a drop box for a package that was already ready to ship. Here you have to stand in a very slow line and speak to a rep just to drop of a pre-labeled package. You are better off driving around and looking for a drop box somewhere else. Or just use UPS or USPS.

Needed to get a 250 color copies project for work done, all the other copy print centers quoted me with maybe tomorrow, while people are crying about delays! This FEDEX is the real deal, emailed them the documents, told them how to print them and in less than 10 minutes all done! Sure it will cost more, but your project will be done fast and right, use RetailMeNot for coupons (30 off 150)!! Vinicio was my clerk , great guy and professional!
Don't be afraid of selling large items on ebay. Just choose FedEx as an option. I bought a large item to their store today and it's simply as simple as dropping it off and paying for them to even package the item which is something they offer at a very low cost in my opinion. this place was great glad I went with FedEx for my eBay selling and I am going to continue going with them in the future because of the store

Been a longtime customer and what was excellent service has greatly diminished. 2nd time a 100 copying order has come out with poor quality in this case images from backside of pages showing through. I would have gladly given them a single sided original if I knew. They don’t test quality beforehand anymore. They are too “busy” to pay full attention to you. And they argue with you if you want a partial refund on poor quality jobs. Go elsewhere until they get there act together (if ever). They are way too expensive for how bad they have become.
The ONLY reason why I’m giving two stars instead of one is because of manny one of the assistant managers and how he handled my anger and finally corrected his fellow assistant manager Deidras mistake. Brought in a package that the FedEx pickup guy was four hours late for (mind you I sat at the house for the 9am-5pm wait time) after we missed each other I called FedEx and they assured me I could bring the damaged (from FedEx they even red tagged it) package into the Farmington store so that my new mattress could be sent out. Deidra immediately saw an opportunity to make some extra cash for her store and charged me for a new 42 and change box in order for it to be shipped out (the return label was already Prepaid and on the box) I explained it was red tagged from being damaged from FedEx so I shouldn’t have to pay for a box that their company damaged in the first place. She wouldn’t let me drop off the package without paying. The poor cashier could feel bad as it was obvious when he made it clear that she was his manager and gave me her name. After days of contacting FedEx customer service and not only having them apologize profusely but admitting deidra was beyond wrong and having one rep ask for a screenshot of my bank account (lady was out her mind) I found out the store would have to handle the refund. After reporting deidra for her lack of professionalism and wrongly charging me even after explaining and showing the big old red dot I called and went to the Farmington location again where Manny issued the refund and accepted my numerous apologies for my attitude when first calling. Honestly Manny deserves a raise and a higher position as there is no way he should be on the same level as deidra who in no way should be in a customer service position.
