I suggest that this store communicate with customers. Especially waiting customers who already paid for the work to get done. I dropped off a small 8 x 5 book about 40 pages to be cut and re-bound. They said it would take a few hours, and it took them three days Also, no one mentioned they are closed on Sunday (so there was even an extra day in there. If you can’t be trusted with a very small job, how would anyone trust you with a larger one?
