I had a bad experience with Beau here. He was rude when we we’re searching for a package that was supposed to be at this Estero location. The 1800 number said so, and he did not handle the situation with any care about how I , the customer , felt. He acted as if I should know how their location operates and basically laughed at me when I called a few hours later to check if my package came in again (like the FEDEX website said it did). Just bad customer service, from Beau but also from the company for not having my package in the location it says when I track it. Definitely sticking with UPS from now on.

Worst customer service, Beau was very disrespectful and rude. He had us drive to a completely different location to pick up our package when it was at his location the whole time. Ridiculous and definitely will NOT be returning to Fedex

Only one person working. She made an attempt to help but was quickly distracted and started assisting other customers. I left after the fourth person was helped without her making an effort to assist me. Will not be using this location again
