I am so wildly frustrated that I'm posting a second review of how awful this print store is. My time and money has been wasted, YET AGAIN. The customer service is less than. The woman behind the counter, Helene, is very condescending in her tone and demeanor. I sent in an online order a few days ago and received an email saying it was ready for pickup. I waited my turn in line for 15 minutes before being "helped" I put that in quotes because I wasn't helped at all. She rushed through my order, as she pulled it out of the paper sleeve, I told her this isn't right, these 5 copies are supposed to be laminated , she then told me I'd have to get to the back of the line. I sent an online order in so that it would be ready at pickup. NOT TO WAIT. and WAIT EVEN LONGER for a job not done! Then get attitude from the lady at the counter. AVOID THIS BUSINESS.

Expect long wait times, and incomplete online orders upon arrival. The lady that was supposed to be helping me, Helene, not only had a condescending attitude, but was trying to rush me out without completing my order. I had requested lamination done on my online print order, and it was not completed. She then said I had to wait and get to the back of the line if I wanted it done. I don't know how to work these machines?! Are you serious?! I am APALLED. I work in customer service. NEVER would I ask a customer to go get their own food or drinks. I will never use this business again. Wildly frustrating to have my time wasted for me to go back and have to pay for everything and redo what should've already been done.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If you don't like having your time wasted DO NOT use this business. I've used FexEx in the past at other locations and never had an issue, but after my experience with this place, I will never use FedEx again. I'm a small business owner and I try and get as much done as I can every day. Using this business will halt your productivity. Helane is especially unhelpful. I only gave a one star review as zero stars wasn't an option.

Great customer service. I go to this location weekly and never had a bad experience. The store manager goes above and beyond to help customers and her staff, she is very hands on. She opened the store and as soon as I walked through the door, she met me with a smile and remembered I love the Tampa Bay Bucs. We do our go Bucs chant!

I've been ordering copies from here for homeschooling my daughter. The website is easy to use and they print the documents accurately and quickly. However, its really disappointing to see the same female, dark-haired worker every time I go in with her mask pulled down off her nose. I'm 7 months pregnant and this is like the only place I'm going. So the only potential danger to my health I face all week is going to FexEx to pick up homeschool materials for my kid?! Pretty sad. The other day when I went one male worker had no mask at all. I got in and out as quickly as I could. I wish management would do more to protect their loyal customers.
