Best staff. Excellent service. Knowledge about print and shipping. Never a issue. Savannah will take good care of you guaranteed! Large space next to Verizon in front of Lowe's home improvement store.

I've been to this location multiple times to drop off packages or pick up print items and I've been very pleased! The self-print has always worked and been easy to use. Pre-labeled package drop off is a breeze. And I've had several large print jobs (100 sheets, laminated, front and back, etc.) and they've been ready on time, done right, and the employees make sure I'm happy with it before I leave. Will definitely continue to use this location if I need access to Fedex!

A FedEx office that cannot create labels? Well that's a first. So, now, we are obligated to create an account to then come here for what? To print and send? Ridiculous, that having 3 computers up there and not one to create a label. Btw your staff is beyond rude.

It's in a good location for me but every time I go in it's super busy which is great for them but not for me. They could be a little friendlier and That would help with the wait. But I waited in no line at the counter for shipping where no employee was to be found and then when a lady finally came over she wasn't friendly at all. The employees were friendly with each other but that's about it. Customer service would go a long way at this location. But anyways be prepared to wait a while if you go here for anything.
