Mike is incredibly helpful. I spent 3 days "working with" the the customer call center trying to track down a package for a patient only to get conflicting answers and basically be sent on a wild goose chase. I stopped by this store to see if someone could help me and Mike went above and beyond to find my lost package and answer my questions. I really appreciate his dedication and his honesty.

Thank you mark at Fed X. I needed to send some packages and due to immune systems compromised I can’t be around anyone. He came to my Car and got my packages to take in get ready for shipping.. friendly service, even offered prayers. Can’t get better than that. Thank you Mark!

We live out of town and came in to print invitations that o needed today. I was unaware their printers would be busy on larger jobs (didn’t think that through). Well, I tried printing on the copier onto card stock and took it up front to pay. An employee, April noticed how I was struggling. She offered to take them and print them for me! The cost was cheaper than I anticipated with her help! Wonderful place!!!!
