I had to send a fax and I didn’t know how to do it, the girl that was working there , she was super helpful and kind teaching me how to used the fax machine .

I had two packages routed here to pick up instead of being delivered. I received texts to pick up the packages and checked on line and both said the boxes where here. When we arrived, they claimed they did not have one of the boxes; we made them check twice more and they *found* it. Then, both boxes had been opened and someone went through them. at least pretend to tape it back up, but no, mangled ripped open boxes. And we weren't the only people in there at this time dealing with this issue. Never again will I use this office and I will never choose to ship with Fedex because their phone customer service is also horrible.

Super friendly staff (especially Kristi!) They're all willing to help you whether with printing, faxing or mailing. I love this location!

The fedex worker did not put down the apartment number on the package I was sending.... paid 39.00 in promise that it would arrive the next day at end of day. Package was not delivered on time (several days late). Called the fedex to see what was happening, they made me feel like it was my fault when fixing the problem ...was not offered any kind of compensation or way of making me feel like I was a valued customer. If I knew that choosing fedex came packaged with headache, stress and frustration I would not have chose a different service that actually delivers more quality to their customers. Should change your name to FedUp.

FedEx says they are only making the 1st hour of service in their stores for 65. I am all for why they are doing, but when there is NOBODY ELSE IN THE STORE?!?! never using fedex to shop my stuff again, only ups or usps from here on out.

After being told their computer was down to handle a DTV return I called the next day and a new person said "why no our computers are not down" but changed her line when I told her I needed to do a DTV return. She then put me on hold for 2 minutes only to return and say " unfortunately the computer to do DTV returns is acting up " . It seems this staff would rather lose a FED EX sale so they can sit around and play on their phones while other more professional FEDEX locations do the work. Obviously these lazy slobs are their to collect a pay check doing as little work as possible.

I'm a senior citizen and went in to fax 2 page's. Never used a fax machine and was having trouble. I kept having to ask questions and couldn't get it. I felt like I was bothering them from their private conversation. I was the only.costomer in there. What do they get paid for? I was very upset when I left and don't even know if my faxes were sent. I would fire them. Look at the camera s from today about 1 pm the 13th.
