I printed my wedding invitations here. I had trim marks added to my template to make it easier for the shop to cut them. I told them the exact measurements too to make it easy. When they were printed and cut, majority of the invitations (on the bottom) had the visible trim marks. This caused me to have to recut, and then the sizes were off compared to the other pieces in the invites!! For 180 I was very disappointed.

Weirdly, an associate here lied to me and said that I had to buy special packing to fill the empty space in a shoe box I was returning, saying it was against the rules to ship a box with empty space inside of it. I was able to ship it without the additional purchase at another location. Strange and inconvenient.

This is now the only FedEx I use. They are always fast and polite. Even when I have to have multiple things printed they are still fast and polite. I've also faxed documents with them and used them to ship. No matter what I need them to do I know it will be done quickly and properly. One evening I came in 5 minutes before they closed. Embarrassed, but desperately needing flyers printed for an event early the next morning, I ran in hoping to be in and out as quickly as possible. They were more than happy to help me despite the time. They are wonderful to do business with.

Absolute worst experience I’ve had with any shipping service in my life. The delivery driver was told to leave the package on the patio without signature. I was at the destination at the time of what was supposed to be the delivery and watched the driver stick a note on the door without even knocking and this proceeded to happen 4 MORE TIMES. My package is now in another state and every time I try to call them they tell me some bs answer about how they will get back to me at the end of the day and still have not received a call from them. Never in my life will I use fedex again. Terrible rating and terrible customer service.

The Farallon Montrose location has gone way downhill in the last month as of January 2020 all of their employees quit except for one or two because they didn’t like the way management was treating them at that location and now they’re starting to treat everybody else like dirt because they don’t know their clients anymore because everybody knew I highly suggest going to any other

Stopped in to print some things for a birthday party. We were lucky enough to have David take care of Us. He was patient, provided options and extremely helpful. You could tell they were very busy, But he still greeted every customer and let them know he would be taking care of them soon. On other occasions he has also helped carry packages to my car. David is a rock star!!!!!! ThNk you for the great service!
