I felt really really bad for the two employees working. Absolutley unaccepatble that there are only two employees working trying to help with shipping and printing and all the people that apparently cant use a copy machine. I dont know anybody could work in those conditions. You expect these poor employees to do ten different jobs with two people. You should be ashamed fed ex.

Came in here to print out some resumes using their computers. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and was able to pay with my card at the computer terminal. 2 stars docked though because it starts charging you right away to use the computer and their internet speed is super slow. This means you are charged for more time than you are actively using productively. In an age with lightning fast internet speeds I feel a huge business like FedEx would have the best. But, you know.... Money money money.
Both Jill & Shay were super helpful, efficient, & friendly with me today. Thank you :)
The person helping me ship was so very helpful and nice. Even helped me with a shipping label for another carrier I printed at FedEx using the print services since my hands were full with my 7 month old! The helpful service here has me coming back even though I’m walking distance from another carrier that should not be named (whose specific location’s customer service is awful). Thanks again FedEx!!
Absolutely rude customer service. Do not come here.
I have just realized that they charge 60 cents per page for colored print copies when UPS only charges 39 cents. I am moving my business to UPS.
Absolutely horrible experience. After ordering and paying online for an order, I was notified to pick it up in this location. When I arrived, there were three clerks working. Two on the packing side of the counter, and one behind the printing counter. As I was picking up a print order, I got in that line and proceeded to wait more than a half hour with not one person in my queue being helped. The worker behind the print counter aggressively ignored our line while she answered the phone, cut paper, and told her coworker that she had “2 million orders to do” and couldn’t assist at the counter. Meanwhile the packing line was moving just fine. The gentleman behind me went to inquire about help in the packing line and was rudely sent back to his place in the print line. This place is a bad joke. I left without my prepaid order and took my business to Office Depot... for half the price, better quality, and infinitely better service.
Great printing service. 21st century, ain't no body got time to own a printer that will go obsolete in 10 minutes.
