5:10 pm March 16/2021 The guy and the girl were super rude, I’ve been going here for 10 years. The guy was so rude I went to the competitor across. Fedex just lost my business i went to ups across - much friendlier and customer oriented. The girl said it will be 24 hours to print a few pages. UPS did it right away. It’s not like the fedex people were busy the girl and guy were just being jerks.

I read another review here that says, customer service is not their middle name. This is true, these two clerks, one younger dark haired girl with below average customer service skills, which is to say, I expressed to here I needed help, all she could do is pointvthe screen andcread what the self service touch pad stated. The other older lighter haired woman was less than helpful. She said I had to wait for a code, I asked how long will a code take to get emailed to me, she stated that it could take up to two hours. I said I needed help now. She said, well you leave. I have been in customer service many years, in my opinion, an adequate customer service person will try to offer help; for instance, if she would have offered a personal customer service, if such a service exists at FedEx office, that would have been better. Instead the older light haired woman was indifferent. I suppose if anyone already understands how the inside of this fedex office works and doesn’t need customer service, then this office will do. On the other hand, if you need personal customer service, like people previously received before Covid 19, then avoid this location.

Customer service and service awareness is not their middle name here. Today was just one more poor experience I had with a rather disorganized staff. Unless it requires only pointing and scanning an already labels package, these folks are over their heads. Today, I brought in a pre-labeled bag to send and additionally some paperwork that needed to be sent in a flat envelope. They scanned the bag and when I asked for an envelope for the paperwork they kind of chucked it across the desk at me. The gal then took the bag away but never returned to process my flat envelope. Instead she went on to another customer. I gave up and used the USPS Express Mail instead. At least the post office has a real line and organization. I’ve had about 2 good experiences at this location for every 10 times I visit.

After a horrible, inconvenient customer service experience at the seaside store, I came to the store and was well taking care of. The manager, James?, Apologized on behalf of Fed ex for me and was terrific. Please, when I am paying money for your service don't act as though you are doing me a favor… This store knows that rule and takes good care of its customers. I will never go into the seaside location again.

I never ever choose to go to this FedEx. first time I went to this FedEx with a terrible experience and I had to contact the manager for a refund considering they really did not do their job and screwed me over. this time I was forced to go there because a pre-printed shipping label was given to me by a company for a product. I went over there and again the employees refuse to tell me information that was vital to the shipping of my product blamed me and when I ask you to park back they tried to refuse to do so I took it back and walk on to nail you can't do that I said you're going to cost me a bunch of money because you refuse to tell me something that you knew. They said the instructions were right in front of me and blames me again this is the kind of stuff to get to businesses shut down unacceptable behavior terrible workers terrible place to have to go. PS: had to call customer support when returning a pre-printed return label and apparently customers support and the escalation department use denial and cutting people off mid sentence practices. In the end they literally couldn't say it would be on the return label you were sent. .......... 30 minute conversation could have been ended in 10 seconds.....

I’m currently here shipping back some items that were damaged and I’m so blown away by how professional, courteous and accommodating the staff are. Specifically Victor, who has been a huge help and has been managing a fairly stressful situation (damaged parcels) so wonderfully.

Policies policies policies.... I tried to bring them business but after being quoted 22 to out a CD player in a box with bubble wrap I decided to leave. Went back once I had the CD player packaged myself and they said my box wasn't a shipping box because it was a box it had printed material all over it. Asked them if they could use shipping appear to wrap it and I was given the FedEx policy about how I could screw up Christmas for others if I do that because the paper can get caught in the conveyor belt. I get that so I decided to try my luck across the street at the UPS store. They said it's up to me if I want to ship in the box with printed material. Paid for shipping and off it goes. I can't blame the worker for explaining the policy but she could have been more tactfull on her delivery. And 22 to wrap a CD player with bubble wrap and put in box with tape is ridiculous.
