Great place to get copies, flyers, booklets pretty much any of your printing needs. Lots of colors to choose from for your paper needs. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Esay to see from the street. I would definitely recommend this place. Come check them out.

Deborah was an awesome help for me today. She came out to my car and handled my package shipping needs even though I hadn’t gotten a shipping label before arrival. I am in my 60’s and my husband 80’s with health issues. I really didn’t want to enter the store and Deborah made that happen for us. 5 stars for this location because of Deborah!

This store location is beyond poor in customer service and competence. I called and emailed documents to be printed and stapled in color: a simple print job of 8 copies. I take matters a bit further and even ensure they have received the documents and call them to confirm the email was received(since clearly no one was going to call me). I’m my communication verbally and in print, I inform the rep what time I would arrive and need them by. I get there the clerk is looking for anyway possible to weasel out of making the prints since clearly they didn’t have them ready and ultimately I had to wait 15 mins for a 48 hour notice 8 document print job. It was the night shift male rep. In addition he was watching movies while I waited and had no concern for the customer this store sucks.

It takes him an extremely long time to realize they have a customer that needs assistance but I will .say when the man came out to assist me he was extremely helpful and very polite they just need more people upfront that will notice when someone is standing directly in front of them.

I would recommend NOT coming to this location. The manager on duty (1:00PM 12/20/19) not only has an attitude (didn’t bother speaking or acknowledging customers when they arrived) but he will demand that your package(s) be OPENED to determine if “stuffing” is needed at an additional 5. Sending back a package your company delivered should not be a hassle especially since it was delivered to me damaged. Go elsewhere with your business.
