I was; she completed my job promptly. I have used this store for several years, always quality service. Very competitively priced. I would never go elsewhere for printing..

decided to print out some photographs I had taken of my cat and I on our trip around the US. It took us more than half a day to get the printer to register the images and it ran out of ink! after another hour of waiting for replacement cartridges and another hour to print them out, I wanted them to send them back to my apartment. guess what, they would not send them without them being packaged. so I packaged them and placed it on the desk and was met with refusal to send them as I packaged them wrong and they said they could package them for a fee! i was fed up and walked outside to my cat in the car with them walking behind demanding payment, so I lit up the photos and threw them on the steps. never visiting the state again.

POSSIBLE CREDIT CARD AND DEBIT CARD THEFT!!!!!!!!!!!!! After using the Print and Go I have had both my credit card and debit card numbers stolen. On my credit card someone tried making a 960 purchase and today someone used my debit card for a 350 purchase....BOTH PURCHASES WERE MADE WITH FEDEX!!!!!!!!

Just went in today to have a 200 page manual printed and bound and was in and out in 15 minutes. The gentleman named Chris who served me was very friendly and helpful. In fact, the many other times I have been there in the last 3 years the service has been excellent including printing, sending and receiving (booze) packages. Kudos!

This is the worst retail location I have ever dealt with. Rude and dishonest. Today was the final straw. Tried to drop off a return package that was exactly as I received it from the original shipper and in perfect condition. They would not accept it unless I purchased another box or let them, for a fee, repackage it. I ended up taking it to the actual FedEx facility clear across town where it was accepted without any problems exactly as it was. If you want good service, go directly to FedEx not one of these crappy privately owned stores. Or I highly recommend the local ups stores. Very friendly, professional and competent employees.

I do NOT recommend anyone this place this is the WORST place ever .I went there to print a document and it took me ONE whole HOUR!!! the staffs we NOT friendly at ALL! And guess what ?!! by the end of the day, one hour, I got nothing done !!!didn’t PRINT AnyTHIng!!! the manager was a no no .he didn’t really helped us I had to KEEP on calling him and he would say “you could just send it to my computer and I’ll help you printed out “when we were trying to print with a USB cable connected to my iPhone. And he says it might have to take a long way to get the file loaded on to printer. And so we did. We waited a while cause we thought he was trying to print it out and when I asked him if he received it, he was like..”no”. What the heck!! And this happened a couple of times!! This printer is wack as hell as well! Not to mention I’ve tried different devices and sending the doc to their computer with different devices. And it DID NOT WORK!!! No matter what! I’ve seen other people trying to print documents and they were PDFs and these printers DId NOT work!!! We should’ve left when it took half an hour. The staffs ARE NOT today willing to help us.and they know we were here for one whole hour!! We’ve seen so many customers I and our and we’ve been there for soooooooo LONG!!! Not to mention we were sooooo hungry!! And angry!!
