Avoid this FedEx Location, I have gone to multiple FedEx locations with this being the only one with special policies. Example, I have received/sent laptops many times this last two months using FedEx but today the store manager here has a different policy. Informed today that I had to purchase a box for laptop which costs 10. I explained my past experiences as well as asked for the company policy and she was unable to provide it. Looked up online with Fedex suggesting a box for protection but saying I could waive any guarantee for protection and ship it. I called their customer service number and the reps said she could have shipped it but only the store can process the refund. Isn't that amazing how there is no accountability and store can continue to rip more customers off. Learn from my mistake and don't come to this location. I'll be debating tonight if a BBB claim is warranted after I read all the other terrible reviews on here to confirm its happened more than once.

The co worker Angela was very rude and insulting it not what she did it’s how she did it and made me feel as a customer! I didn’t appreciate her attitude her body language how can you drop of a package to fedex if she makes you stand so far away like I said it’s not what she did it’s how she did it and said her tone and everything with it unprofessional. Won’t do business there now

I drop off many boxes to be shipped here, from an airplane propeller that they boxes up and shipped to a surround sound speaker system. Everytime, great service and answer any questions I have.

Employees at this location are unable to provide any information about a parcel. I called and was transferred to a "customer service" number. Was on hold for over 30 minutes. Drove to this store inside Walmart. Agent was rude and acted as if I was a burden. Terrible service. Worthless.

FedEx is the worst. Packages are NEVER on time, frequently arrive damaged, and phone customer service is never helpful.
