This is very sad... FedEx never delivered my package... despite all the evidence to proof they never delivered my package... they still couldn’t do anything about my missing package..been calling everyday for a week now. Horrible way of doing business

I am the store manager of a corporate owned company, and we get our customer-facing holiday hours printed through FedEx. They misprinted the times, so I went to the store after placing the replacement correction. The gentleman that helped me was very nice, but confused. He brought over Michelle, the supervisor, to assist. Instead of assisting, she caught a very unprofessional, nasty attitude, immediately accused me of blaming her. I restated that I was simply completing a corrected exchange pickup, it should be no cost. After berating me, she said "you know what, keep the 8, you can leave," and then practically threw the merchandise at me, while everyone in the store watched. Awful service and rude, unprofessional employees--Take your business to another location!

Expensive and not reliable ... delivery drivers Are not professionally trained to deliver packages accurately ... they need to learn from amazon delivery agent and improve their services .. very disappointing when a package is not delivered to the customer that paid so much for it..

They have 14 people in the line a lot of them they just want to print they have a printing station that no one is there what type of service is this. They should be able to attend people who just want to print and the ones who just want to pack and send packages so the service can be faster
