Great and friendly staff .they will always greet you as soon as you walk in. Manager are always helping costumer always making sure that the store is organized and there's never a long line because they always have enough staff. I visit this store about 5 times a week . Thank you Chelsea keep up the hard work

Awful experience. Had to scan some important documents, the quality was terrible!!!, had to redo the job again in another place. I even paid an extra fee they charged me for the rush I had, thinking I was paying for quality....not even close. If you need quality jobs better look for another place.
Went to this store for the first time today to print on specialty paper. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Was in and out in no time Definitely recommended!!!
I came to print some important documents and had issues printing one of them, so I staff member came to help me out since couldn’t be printed in the selfservice area he asked me to go to the counter and I left some copies on the self-service area and in less than 3 minutes that I spent in the counter another incompetent staff member throw away my documents.
Send a package they didn’t check my prepaid label because it wasn’t necessary, and they didn’t realize it was a P.O. Box the address that the package I’ll be delivered, at the end they send the package to a wrong address that wasn’t in the label and now I have to wait 24-48 hours for them to find a resolution worst store never going there again, fedex price for package are high so at least they should check what they are doing
The staff members are the best. They make u feel like and valuable customer. Want to give out Kodos to Gabriel he made my day.
The staff was all friendly and as quick as they could be considering there was a line to the door. Overal is quick and easy, the only con is that it was pricier than I’d expect for small boxes.
