If you live in an apartment or condo you can forget about having your package delivered in a timely fashion. I swear, it's like the drivers see multiple doors and all of the sudden lose the ability to read an address or ring a doorbell! I've have SEVERAL delivery issues with this company or I would not have given a poor review but this is a recurring issue! I will say that their Customer Service is moderately helpful when dealing with the delivery issues.

I have been working with this center for shipping both personal and business packages for several years now and I love their service. All staff are very professional. They address me by name when I come in. If I have unusual shipping requests or need assistance they're always more than happy to help. I have several shipping options available in my area but give all my business to this center.
