I went to get some papers faxed and found myself having trouble with the fax machine as I was unsure how to use it and the number provided to me was incorrect. A kind young man who works there patiently helped me get everything faxed and went out of his way to help me get the correct number. You never know what situation someone may be going through...small acts of kindness can be greatly appreciated and can make someone’s day go better :) thanks!

Ok so we headed out to deliver a package to Federal Express for delivery but drove to the wrong location so after so confusion got headed the right way after some time we found the Federal Express store went inside and dropped off the package now off to home depot
Terrible customer service, manager is very rude and unable to take responsibility for his and his staff mistakes. Not only the customer pays for the service but the sutomer is also the one that has to find a solution in order to receive the package when fedex placed to different labels on it. A second label cannot not be attached to a box unless someone place it. Just observe what they do to your box after you drop it. The shelves are full with open boxes with labels hanging next to it.
I use this location frequently. Always reliable service and very professional staff. I feel safe whenever I come into the store, social distancing always enforced while maintaining a friendly atmosphere. I have noticed staff sanitizing the customer areas on several occasions. Thank you!
Went to print there a couple of times recently. There is no sanitation or extra precautions at the location. No wipes or sanitizer available at the location anywhere. The facility is good and the machines work.
During COVID19 every little extra service and human efforts are extremely valuable and I am greatly appreciated for the employee that came to complete my transition this morning around 11am. The arrogant young employee that was taking care of the original transaction didn't know how to spell and was blaming everything to the system. Didn't listen with extremely poor customer skills. I waited for him to get off the cell phone to finally present himself at the counter while the store was empty. Argumentative when I requested the errors to be corrected. Even when the other employee requested to set down and he will take care of my transaction this young employee was still charged. This store is usually reliable and employees are courteous with bilingual skills too. If an employee rather Stay Home these days please allow them to Stay Home we don't need more drama added to our lives for a simple 11.00 transaction. Some of us are really grateful because we have jobs... this person needs a reality check. You have a job the only requirement is for you to do it and do it well.
Went to another store, and the other store couldn't help me. Went to this store, and was helped immediately and got my receipt in hand and out the door in under 3 minutes. Very happy
Terrible customer service. Luis, the manager in charge, was completely obtuse. They admitted they were able to print my retrieval code from behind the counter, a contactless print and pay method I have used many times before, as my debit card was prepaid and this location has no self service cash card loaders, but refused citing the pandemic. When I explained that I was paying with a prepaid card and we could keep a 10' plus distance they had no justification for sending me all the way to Coral Springs to load my card.
