Definitely would highly recommend. The attendant who checked me out was Amazing. He had a lovely name (I don’t really want to misspell his name). He was super nice. He had his hair tied back into a pony tail. He was very professional and proficient. He helped me carry this huge annoying lol omg doll house all the way from my car into the store (this doll house was heavy for lil ol’ me). He walked me through the process and even helped me pick the right boxes for my move. I would definitely return again and would highly recommend. They get a 10 out of 5 stars ( 5 stars aren’t even enough to rate the exceptional service).

I went there to send a gift to a friend in Chile. The staff said there was no better option than them. They even laughed on other companies saying that my package will be lost or take several months to get to destination. Well, guess what: my package after 9 months is still in customs and they don't move a finger to deliver it. Even better, they said It's my problem how I get it out and that they are not resposibles. I sent all the documentation they needed but they kept losing it over and over and nobody can solve the problem. I WILL EVER use fedex again.

I went to fedex and requested that they ship the package overnight. It was a very time sensitive document addressed to a law office. It got there 4 days later than it should have. I spoke with fedex everyday and it was a different excuse, and each one did not make sense as I provided the correct address and t he law office had a big sign. I would have understood if they told me it was Covid related or short of staff, but that was not the case. In one case they tried to tell me the address was wrong or there was no suite/unit level, which made no sense as it is it’s own business with a big sign in front. And it somehow got delivered later that week and the address NEVER changed so I was lied to with different excuses each day. Fedex Kinkos told me that they are not refunding money currently due to covid, although my case had nothing to do with Covid at all. This is poor business and I expect better service, especially from fedex. I could have sent my package regular mail and gotten the same result so they scammed me out of my money honestly. At the very least they should give me money back so that I only pay for regular shipping, because thats how long regular shipping would have taken, 4 days (maybe less). In addition I was assured it would be delivered during business hours. It was delivered at 7pm.

I'm making this my go-to shipping and printing center and recommending to friends and family. P.S. : I hate shipping stuff, but this was super easy at this location.
