The most unfriendliest place on earth. Where you're always a stranger. Always a bad experience. Sherri needs some training in people skills and customer service. Been using FedEx 10years never had a issue. Now its always an issue.

My daughters iPhone was sent by Apple to FedEx, and unfortunately for some strange reason the wrong name was on the box. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS CORRECT, the address , phone number and tracking number, so when I went to pick it up Sherry told me I couldn't because the name was incorrect. So I called Apple and explained it to them and the Apple guy fixed everything on his end. So I went back to pick up the phone and Sherry told me I could not pick it up because it was not the correct name.. It was my daughters phone so of course she was heartbroken ️. so I called Apple back again and they said they did everything they could it was now on FedEx. So way I waited a few hours I called back and Sherry still insisted I could not come pick up the phone.... So Saturday morning I called and I got a very nice lady named Casey, I explained my situation to her and she told me as long as the address and phone number and everything else were the same as my license they didn't have to worry about the name in this situation . She told me to come in and get my daughter's phone.. she said she apologized for what had happened to me and that should have never happened.... So I would love to give Sherry a negative 5 stars but you do not have that,she was rude ignorant and totally inconsiderate.... Casey who was there all by herself gave us no problem give us the phone and was so pleasant and so friendly and I am so so glad she was there.....she is a great wonderful employee and I would give Casey 10 Stars if you had them.... As per the manager if you keep people like Sherry around you need to speak to them on how to treat customers in a more pleasant respectful way in situations like that.... And as for Casey like I told you at the store thank you so much you made my daughter's whole weekend she's been waiting for this phone for a few weeks you were am

Went to this location today to send something urgent out to a desperate ESSENTIAL worker but as I approached the store the door was locked and 10 minutes to close. There was STILL a customer inside & as i begged & pleaded for the worker to let me in her & the customer made it a point to laugh at me. I rode past the store AGAIN at 6:25 & the OPEN sign was STILL on. I’m beyond disgusted by this behavior & cant believe this is the kind of people you hire just pure compassionless. I won’t EVER be sending anything out from Fedex ever AGAIN. Funny thing is i rode past the store 30 minutes later & the OPEN sign was STILL on but she couldn’t take 2 minutes b4 they CLOSED to help me. It is what it is but that’s just nasty. DO BETTER, people DESERVE BETTER.

I just had an experience where I payed 39 cents per minute to use their computer. That wasn't horrific but then when I went to print out my documents they charged me 60 cents per sheet. My bill was about 50 dollars. After paying I asked the service agent and she said that it is only that expensive when printing from a computer. If I bring in a usb they charge 18 cents per page. However the difference in value is 0. It is the same price for them either way. This is incredibly frustrating and I don't intend on doing any of my print work here ever again. Who knows where else they are tripling the price of their goods and services.
