Terrible customer service. The white man who works wearing glasses with salt and pepper hair. Was very rude he didn't wait on us instead he waited on this white lady. Never going back to that location again

The tracking information is not accurate it. Tracking says one thing and human says another. keeps getting delayed and when I call for factual projected time of arrival they can't give me anything and they just say it's with the truck and I know you know where the truck is and when it should be here we've all done Trucking before stop trying to give us BS excuses. Didnt answer my phone and rushed me off the phone. It's amazing how things will get shipped and they just sit around waiting until the next day we can pay a little bit more money we can process it and ship it in less than a day but if you don't we can't do all that we take 5 days.....

I came here to have flyers printed. Korey and Shelly were very helpful in assisting me in finding the perfect size and type of paper. Both were very professional, courteous and went above and beyond. I usually go to other nearby stores for printing. I recommend this FedEx location and I will return. Thanks Korey and Shelly!!!

This FedEx store is spacious and clean. The retail customer service associate is courteous and helpful. If you need packing & shipping services, this is the place to be. Did you know: This shop also offers a full range of photo printing service, as well? Please note that one of the service associates does NOT want you or anyone else to take selfies and other Kodak moments in the store.
