I have always had good experiences here and have always thought the people to be extremely nice. People knock it for being slow however the people that work there are not responsible for the questions that fedex clearly makes them ask such as what is inside the package and to see ID. That is just how it goes to ship things. I have always had great experiences here and it is very convenient office. Shout out to Patti in the front!

Absolutely slowest location I’ve ever been to. No sense of urgency whatsoever. You’d think shipping a package was a new concept to these FedEx employees.

Put a box inside of a "display box" (they classified a computer part box as it when it's a typical shipping box with some graphics on it) I was then told I needed to pay them 10 to use one of their boxes when I had a box inside of the *display box* for protective packaging. It's a cash grab, take your business to UPS in Tuckerton for a better experience and no questions asked hassle.

Horrendous service. Overly concerned with what's in the package. It was a return of an online purchase. The manager didn't like how the label looked and wanted me to have the company issue a new label. I took it to a ship station a half mile away and dropped it there, no questions or issues. This type of service happens every time I'm in there. Not sure why the nosey manager is so concerned about what's in a shipment.

This is a horrible location. Tried to drop off a prepaid package and the person working there could not figure out how to operate the scanner. Instead of letting me leave the package for someone else to scan, they said I have to bring it back another day. Would strongly recommend another shipping service, this one just does not care about its customers.
