Hello, Highly recommend this place. Ms. Nikki was awesome!!! Very willing to help. I unfortunately made a mistake on the delivery address, and Nikki was great and provided all the guidance needed in order to correct MY mistake. Don’t go anywhere else Here is the place to receive, great customer service, and a friendly face.

Fedex is absolutely the worst receiving experience I've ever had. I ordered a chair from Utah and fedex, not only lost the correct addess to ship to. They lost it, i called and informed them of the correct address, they set it to be delivered to yet another incorrect address in another city. I called and informed then of this and that it wasn't going to the right place and they STILL SCREWED IT UP and sent it to the wrong place Absolutely unacceptable when that is literally the job description of the company. Use any other company I'm sure they'd do better.

In regards to FedEx Office print & ship center - located in Walmart supercenter- 555 w. Interstate 30, Garland, TX 75043. I walked into this location unsure of the steps for shipping a package, and a little uneasy since it was an important box. Nikki was the lone employee visible in the store, which was full of customers using the many services in the shop. Even in such a hectic environment, she managed to answer every one of my questions, put to rest each one of my fears, and still provided exemplary service to every other customer in the store simultaneously. Nikki provides competent, efficient, and friendly support and she should be recognized for her obvious commitment to quality service. She made sure that I was aware of the expected delivery window, gave me options for tracking the package, and even taped up my package for me, all while staying attentive to the other customers in the store. A very positive experience overall, I now know I can ship a package with confidence from this location.

Great service & shipping. Paul was able to package my item and ship it with Fedex Ground. Having this place here for printing and shipping makes going to Walmart a 1 stop for many activities.
