Today I was walk out From USPS Spokane valley with very upset feeling for how bad the staff treated me. So I went in FedEx office and Josh he ask me what can he help...I told him the same thing I told a guy at USPS but USPS said he can't help me. what I need is send my package and I want it to return to me. Josh was do what he can to help and explanted everything I need to know ... everything done like 5 minute. now its not about how much money we spend to get thing done but its how you do you work and how you treat people...Thank you so much Josh for help me to day ...you best!!!

Had a really wonderful experience with Casey tonight, despite the fact fedex has probably lost my business indefinitely. Casey went out of the way to make calls to find my item, and was told they refused to help me or speak to me even though I have been nothing short of professional in resolving my particular issues with the company and instead just told me tough S**T basically and just wait longer, even though they cant seem to get my delivery dates correct or even keep track of my items....

Stood in store for fifteen minutes in plain view with no interaction from any of the three employees working in store! Simple package drop is the only thing I needed. That to me is extremely poor customer service!

Wanda is THE BEST! She always knows me by name and offers the best customer service. The entire team is wonderful but she is special. They will call if they see something not right before printing and have it done in a timely manor. Thank you FEDEX team for always taking care of my printing needs.

I am wondering if Management has been reading the negative reviews. I was greeted shortly after entering. The customer service was top-notch. Alyssa helped me with a valued shipment. I also noticed that they quickly greeted every customer that walked into the store.

FALSE PROMISES AND WON'T NOTIFY YOU WHEN THEIR TIMELINE CHANGES Put in an order to have same day flyers and a few posters, nothing huge, very doable and has been done numerous times before by the downtown store who unfortunately couldn't do it today because their printer needed service apparently. Called in around 2, was told no problem we can get it done before we close, no problem. Waited until around 720pm and never heard anything and they close at 9pm so I am like alright what's going on. Called them and talked to a girl this time who told me they marked down my due date for the next morning which unfortunately the flyers we meant to be used at an event tonight, tomorrow it's wasted paper then. So needless to say this ruined my last minute printing which I have never had a problem before and made me lose out on a huge opportunity. Can't believe they didn't even let me know that they wouldn't be able to finish it tonight so I could explore a different late night print shop.... She also went on to say that she could maaaaaaaaybe finish them tonight before they close but she can't promise anything because she was working on something else first, although they were already behind on mine...... Will be selecting other local options instead of FEDEX printing. Super upset about this. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
