I was going to drop off a package at the Olivette office. When I arrived, the clerk who was wearing a mask was obviously sick and coughing. Not cool during a pandemic. I left without dropping off my package.

Tried to return AT &T equipment as instructed. The only staff person working said they needed to update their AT&T password. Asked if he could contact the owner or manager on call or available. The rude staff member said “no” he isn’t available for 2 days. I asked who do you go to for problems. He stated “Lady I don’t know “
