Hello Jennifer at FedEx, You're very rude or at least come off as so, in both demeanor and tone. I get it's the holidays and you're probably feeling a bit of holiday stress, but it's really no reason to be a scrooge. I came in at 4:59 PM with a package and was trying to make the 5 PM cutoff for express service (priority overnight to the East Coast) for a client. It was already labeled and ready to go but I didn't know where to put it or what to do with it as it was my first time visiting this particular location. Due to the impending cutoff, and urgency of this, I asked you a quick question of where put the package but you were quick to cut me off and point out that there were other people in front of me the minute I opened my mouth. I tried uttering another few words and you cut me off again. Even so, the customer you were helping was conversing on the phone and paying no heed, I don't see why it would've hurt or killed anyone to just get my question answered. A polite and quick, "you'll need to drop it off here at the counter but I'll be happy to assist you after this customer" would've worked. Is that so hard? I suggest you at least listen to people first; what if it was something truly urgent? I honestly think I could be laying there dying and you would still cut me off the moment I opened my mouth to ask you to call paramedics. It wouldn't matter, because there were as you so obviously made known to me, "other people in line ahead of me". But I'm apparently really too much of an idiot to see a line when there is one. Hopefully you can work to improve this. Regards, Go Down the Street to UPS?
Terrible place to go. Was there yesterday store was open but there is sign on the door said be back in five minute. Waited for 10 minutes, no body came back so I left. Next day I went because this location is close to my home. Same attitude, no acknowledgement, no welcome etc. She argued with me why I said about the sigh to other customer while the were waiting for their turn. Very bad service. I had to ask for receipt. I don't recommend any body or at least I never go there again. I would drive extra mile to get better customer service.
I stopped by to send out some documents to India. Sarah who was at the counter was quite helpful and knew exactly what to do. She walked me through the process and let me know what to expect at every stage.
I have used Fedex office and ship center throughout the US. This is by far one of the worst. The manager Sarah needs more training on how to serve customers and lead her employees. We went to pick up a package One of the employees went to see in the back and came back out looking confused because she could not locate the package. Then, Sarah the manager stepped in saying I'll help once she's done helping another customer. Apparently, the employee was not trained nor informed where the packages were held. When confronted, Sarah was upset and she conducted herself unprofessionally in front of customers. So, for basic package drop off and printing, this place is okay.
The place is ok but they need to train the staff, Maurice for better service and manner. Keep saying 'it is not my job' and never helpful. If he is proud of working for FedEx and aware that how FedEx do the business, he should have better attitude in his work.
Avoid. I did an online print order. My husband went to pick it up and asked for "the order." The very unhelpful Debbie said she didn't have it. He showed her the email confirmation stating order ready for pickup. She said email didn't have right order #. He called me and I spoke with her, saying email had only order # we had. Then I asked whether she couldn't just go through the print orders and look for my name. She said no. My husband left. I called back and asked how could it be that I have an email saying that the print order was ready at 11. She looked for the order and said she had it. Said my husband had asked for "a box" which she didn't have. My husband asked for "an order" & showed her an email confirmation of a print order. Why lie? I had to go back. I asked for my order from Debbie. The manager was next to her on the phone and asked me to keep quiet (I was talking normally - asking for my order.) She asked me to keep quiet again and then apologized to the person on the phone saying that "this customer won't stop talking". Really?! I was asking how this happened (she explained it away as Debbie is "new") and then she started gaslighting me - her: "if you won't stop yelling I'll have to ask you to leave." me: "I'm not yelling, I'm explaining what happened" her: "I'm going to call the police." That is just some insane customer service all around. I've used the Fedex printing center on Mowry a bunch of times and they are normal & do their job. I've never seem them threaten to call the police on a customer with service issue as an added bonus.
Sarah, one of the manager is rude. she apparently is a manager and therefore knows how to fill forms correctly. never mind the store did not previously. when pointed out and asked to pay attention to it, she gets ruder and makes faces. when customer complaints about it she refuse to service customer in store. complaint is open with fedex to have her disciplined. and I decided to use DHL instead. avoid this beginner until she is fired
