Although I came in first, they took care of 3 other people ahead of me. The first lady I spoke with acted like it was impossible for her to look up my package without the door tag. A second woman was able to locate it with my address, so clearly the first woman just wasn't interested in helping me. I have now been here for a total of 35 minutes and still haven't gotten my package

One of the worst branches around this area. Last month I ordered some ammunition for the upcoming hunting trip. It made it to Jackson on time but when it got in Richland and on the truck it started being rescheduled. I have been rescheduled 5 times. Finally status was changed to "pending". I had to contact the seller who contacted FedEx and was told that ammo was scheduled to be delivered in a next few days. Long story short I missed my hunting trip because I was waiting for this package and it was too late to order another one. No help whatsoever from the branch employees.

I went in to have a jump box shipped and was given a number to call for dangerous goods. I was transferred to 4 different ppl. 2 didn't speak English, i was hung up on twice, and yet no one could tell me of my box could be shipped or not. They had no knowledge of what a dangerous good was. The lady at the counter was no help! I felt defeated so i went to USPS and got it shipped in about 5 min, a painless easy process. I'd gladly pay 3 more to a company if they know what they're doing.

1 worker is always up front then has to go to the back to look for packages with no help. You’ll always have to wait 30 minutes or more just to pick up a package that they can’t find.ridiculous!

Was contacted Wednesday 2/24/2021 around 5:00 p.m. about the direction to my house gave the representative simple direction straight to my house and still don't have my package. Spoke with another representative on Thursday who informed me I will get my package around 4:00p.m. time then changed 8:00 to p.m. Today is Saturday 2/27/2012 and I still don't have my package.

The representative was yelling at another person when I walked in and when it was my turn he yelled at me and told me to go to another location. Horrible service. It made me give 1 star ️. Or I would have given 0.

This is the second pack in a week that has not been delivered on the day it said it would be. Getting tired of it. Only shopping at places that ship with UPS
