My original package was marked as delivered, however it was not delivered. My replacement package has also been marked as delivered, but has not been delivered. My address numbers are clearly outside my front door. I have even sent pictures of my home to customer service to hope they could figure it out. I was told The delivery driver was to "investigate" what happened but I haven't heard back from anyone. A second replacement package is being shipped today. These are perishables. Twice I have drove all over my neighborhood looking for where you are taking my packages and I can't find them. How hard is it to check the address numbers?

They said the tried to deliver but I live in a small apartment and I’d been home all day and would’ve heard a knock or doorbell so they lied. So I paid for delivery and have to go get it my damn self!
