The instruction I’ve received at Aerial Dragonfly over the last year has been nothing short of amazing. This isn’t a “one size fits all” studio like some that I’ve come across in the past – the instructors really work with you on an individual basis to make sure you’re safely and effectively making the most of your class time. I’ve made so many great friends here, and I look forward to my silks class each and every week. If you’re looking for an aerial studio, I would HIGHLY recommend Aerial Dragonfly!

The instructors are always incredibly kind when you're trying something new or when you can't do a move. They encourage you to go at your own pace and are incredibly helpful at every turn. I really enjoy working on myself here, and always feel welcome. I've been coming for over a year now and this place & people are like my second family. Shout out to Elisabeth for being super patient with me!

2020 is my year of \just try something new\. I went to a demo a few days prior to my class and thought \silks looks fun\. I went to my first class today and had a wonderful experience. My instructor Elizabeth was patient and did an amazing job encouraging me. She was able to show and explain things in a way that made it easier (by no means easy) to go through a basic climb and some starting poses. I even ended my first class being upside down, which is properly called an invert. If you want to get out of the boring gym grind, I definitely feel what I did. If you just want to take a chance and try something, I had a blast. I should comment, not a lot of guys, but at no point was I made to feel like I didn't belong. So give it a try, if it isn't your thing that's ok because it's a fun way to spend an hour.
