Called to confirm a used truck cap was in stock. I was told “yeah we have 2. A black and blue one”. I drove 2-1/2 hours only to find none. There was never any caps. I will be calling their corporate office Monday to file a complaint. Also, the manager told me to follow him. I slipped on ice in front of the truck caps after following his direct foot steps. I might be going to urgent care because my wrist, hip and head hurt.

TOP Recommendation: Truck'n America in Finksburg, MD is the place to go to buy and have truck accessories installed. They have a wide variety that helps you to envision what your truck can become. Their installers are excellent, and they stand behind their work. The will make it right if there is any problem, but likely you'll be happy with the work from the start. Saving the best for last: these are honest people who will do what's right both for their customers and for their staff. I'm happy to say that I strongly recommend them, and that I will be giving them repeated business. Purchased Ranch Hand Grill Guard (Awesome! Makes a truck look like a real truck), various accessories, and a drop hitch (really cool design by B&W).

Looking everywhere for the right camper shell called and spoke to Chris at the Finksburg location he went out took pictures and made the deal work couldn’t have asked for better service especially due to me being disabled right now great service I would highly recommend these guys and HIGHLY recommend Chris he’s great to work with thank you and I honestly don’t normally take the time to make reviews but this one I felt needed to be done being that I was in service for so many years before my accident I’ve never dealt with anyone that went above and beyond as much as he did so again Thank you

The guys were great! I ordered a front hitch for my Ram. When it came in i made appointment and I took the truck over. They took it in and installed perfectly and fast.

Just pulled in and never greeted. Employee washing personal white Camaro never even said hello. Went into the store to get pricing. Appears to be no one else working. Got in out truck and left. No greeting, no “hey, come back”. I’m confident his car looks better than his sales P/L.
