Best night ever!! I took my boyfriend here on a ‘blind’ date. (He was wearing a blindfold.). It was so funny to see his reaction to the little fish cleaning his feet. We really had a great experience and laughed a lot. Probably the most unique date we’ve ever been on. The staff were awesome and friendly and we had a great time. Our feet were happy! And it wasn’t overly expensive! We’re coming back for a foot massage next time!!
My friend and I went here as walk ins for a GNO. There was a deal online that didn't have any details about a prepurchase necessary, but the redhead girl was really awesome about explaining to us why we couldn't use the deal at the time, and interacted in a friendly manner. The other employees weren't very friendly, though. They just kind of stare at you or act like they hate their jobs. I get we all have to wear masks, but you can still smile behind them and create a fun environment! \u200d️ I work in CS, so I get it, but they didn't seem interested in making the experience very memorable. It's a cool idea, but the employees seriously need an energy boost! The overall experience with the fish was cool, but not enough to bring me back for. I guess I'm saying there's an overall lack of upbeat energy, or friendliness which really kills the experience.
Customer service was fantastic and friendly. Everything was clean and made for. A lovely experience. My only complaint is that the fish didn't seem to do that much re: removing dead skin. It was still such a nice time that I'm not mad.
It was a great experience! The environment is so cute, they take the steps to care for the facility and clients.
They were super friendly when got there, the place was beautiful and relaxing. Having your feet washed and pampered is fun. The fish part was way cool. It ticked or felt like bubbles all over. I really enjoyed it. They had some specials going too.
This is a pretty cool place to go. Definitely something fun that everyone should try at least once. We took our kids here and one just love it and couldn't get enough. Our other child was very hesitant and a little scared, she eventually did her hands. But the end she didn't want to leave either.
Such a fun date idea! We went on a double date here and all of us were laughing the whole time we were in the fish tanks. Lots of places to sit and hang out with good music and you can play games they have out on the tables! Probably the best part is getting a Polaroid picture with your date and then coming up with something funny to write on it—you have to be creative because there are tons they have up! I loved the steamed towels on my feet and all of the soaps and lotions smelt so good.
