Great equipment, well-educated and experienced staff. They do more personal work with clients here than any other gym I've been to, without having to pay for a personal trainer. They help with strength, cardio, diet, weight loss, whatever you're working on. I even got a friendly call from the owner to check in with me.

I can get very lazy but when I go to fitworx I know there are one of the personal trainers there to push me. I love it !
