As one can imagine, changing from one IT company to another can be daunting. The perceived risk can create a paralyzing fear that will cause an owner to stick with what they’re used to rather than what they need. John Weston and his team have worked tirelessly to alleviate those fears and remedy our IT “headaches” one problem at a time. From the start John met with us, got to know our company and LISTENED to what we needed. John worked with us to create an affordable plan that got our technology working for us not against. Once we signed up with John the only regret we had was that we hadn’t acted sooner. Within days of signing with Five Arrows, John’s team had solved issues that had plagued us for months. Five Arrows IT services can only be described as excellent. The technicians patiently explain problems and how they fix them. If it’s an issue we feel comfortable fixing in the future they explain what to do. They have worked through our IT issues and if they couldn’t fix something right away they are on top of it trying to figure out the problem before, during and after normal business hours. They constantly adjust to fit our schedule and our constantly changing needs. Above all the Five Arrows team has treated us as more than just a paycheck. They planned a special visit just to learn more about our company. We couldn’t be happier with their service and look forward to continuing our vital partnership.

I had a rare application where I needed to run software that only worked on a verry old version of windows. 5 Arrows was able to remote in to my computer and within a cupple hours they had a emulator running the old software. These folks are great to work with and they get the job done!!
