DO NOT RECOMMEND. I sent a package and needed it to be delivered on time, so I paid extra. Unfortunately, the person who works here gave me wrong information and the package took an extra week to be delivered. I would not recommend using their services as they are not reliable and you can not trust what they say.

There is always a long wait even though there are always 4 guys behind the counter. I assume 3 of them own the business and think it's beneath them to help the line of customers? I hate people like that... Way too pricey to print just one black and white sheet of paper (1.25, come on!!) And it takes such a long time to get just one print out, customers should be in and out in 5 minutes with requests like that. It's one of the only places around here, so I guess they can get away with it. But I HATE coming here when I have one shipping label to print and if there is one person in line in front of me, I KNOW I will be waiting 30 minutes. How about you ask everyone in line what they want, and those that just want one printout you help out first? Or can those other 3 old dudes come to the front and help people too? COME ON!!

For such a small place that's usually only manned by one or two cashiers, they are professional, calm, they listen and know their business. For example, I once had to print up a large poster board of George Washington Carver for my son's biography project and I was surprised the manager was able to tell me how the size of the print would effect the color. He even helped scale it properly. If you're trying to print up for own fanzine or independent comic, better stick with the big boys or a pro shop but for for academic needs, basic home supplies, even if you're running a very small business, these guys got the basics covered!

I used this store a couple of times: I shipped my Fedex packages and made photocopies here. The owner is honest. He is helpful most of the time although occasionally he might look tired. The charge for a photocopy is reasonable, and the quality of photocopies is good also. I recommend this place.
