My husband and I traveled over an hour from a different state to see a specific car. I was called by a sales rep Janine, earlier in the day to see if I could come in the next day. I couldn't, because I work full time and own a business and this was the only day I could get there. When we got there we were told by another sales person ,Ferdie, that the car I was looking for had been sold earlier that morning. To say we were not happy is an understatement. My husband was ready to get back in our car and drive right back home. I am soooo glad that we didn't. Ferdie, our new sales rep was amazing. He was insistent that he make it right. We looked at several other vehicles and we found a Santa Fe that I loved. Then the manager Amer stepped in to make sure we had a great deal and an affordable monthly rate. What could have been a horrible experience, ended up being a great one with these guys. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I would recommend them to everyone!!!
