Worked with Pam over the phone/email from 2.5 hours away. Very upfront and helpful. Really wanted this beautiful orange crosstrek and I couldn't be happier. When we arrived the new showroom was very nice and comfortable. Looks like a good place to wait while getting services done. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and tried to get us through all the necessary documentation and requirements. Had a very positive experience here. Made sure the car was to our satisfaction before leaving. Variety of vehicles on the lot was also nice to look at. Would definitely recommend this place!

Not a *flawless* car buying experience but pretty good. I thought I would be buying from Prestige no questions asked, but I was won over by the crew at Hunter. The overwhelming majority of the staff absolutely committed themselves to top notch customer service. Extra shout out to my salesman Garren Darling who was a consummate professional. There were some financial loose strings and some service issues that had to be addressed and Garren made sure I was taken care of long after the sale was done...thanks bud. I’m glad I bought with Hunter, and think they’re going to take care of me in the long run.
I recently purchased a pre-owned car from Hunter Subaru (pre-owned sounds so much nicer than used...). I had an excellent experience; everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable, courteous and caring. Everyone observed careful and consistent precautions ( masks and distancing). After just a brief conversation, Gala Rice found the ideal car for me (seriously, it was exactly what I had asked about). The company encouraged me to test the car for an extended time, to ensure the car fit my needs; I never felt pressured to buy. The finance department was able to assist me and explain all the details of the transaction. Even after I purchased the vehicle, Gala checked in with me via email and phone, making sure I was happy with my purchase. I am deeply pleased with my Hunter Subaru experience (I had visited several other dealerships previously, both Subaru and other makes). My thanks to each individual I met at Hunter and their assistance in making the car purchase experience pleasant easy and efficient.
10-27-20 Purchased 2021 Legacy Limited. Nothing in stock but they searched manufacturer inventory and after seeing the window sticker they had it there in a few days. Michael Martin was great during the sale, worked with me and didn't have anything negative. Kevin in Finance was exceptional, I was braced for a head to head but he was np pressure, just the facts and figures. He was a pleasure compared to other dealerships I had problems with in Finance. Everyone was great to work with and accommodating with a great Out The Door pricing. It was nice NOT to have to fight for what I wanted.
