The sales rep was very friendly but words can’t begin to express my level of disappointment with my purchase. They sold me a computer that they knew didn’t work so that they could sell me a warranty. The keyboard on the touchscreen computer doesn’t work nor does the wireless keyboard. There was no box for the product nor was there a manual. When I asked them for the manual I was told that it didn’t come with a manual and to get it offline which can’t be found. When I was finally able to get logged on, there was someone’s personal information registered on the computer as Administrator. Since I don’t know this person’s credentials I can’t remove them as an Administrator for MY product. I was there for hours because of financing errors that I had to keep bringing to their attention. I understand the need to make a sale but at the risk of deceiving a customer is unethical. Now I’m stuck paying for a 1200 product I can’t even enjoy without having to jump through hoops with a warranty company. I have dealt with them in the past without problems, but this level of business ethics is unacceptable.

My father paid cash money 2200 to be exact. Corey the manger gladly smiled and took my father's money. Once the furniture was delivered the delivery people broke a handle on the chair. My dad contacted shady Corey Millin and he LIED promising this issue would be resolved! 3 weeks later and this liar is still giving my dad the runaround. Corey I now speak directly to you. I do not appreciate you lying and taking advantage of my father. I pray you do not have an elderly parent and some does them they way you have done my dad! Please know this Corey we will never refer anyone to your store. Every and anybody that mentions the name Conn's in Florence SC will know about your lying and manipulating ways. I will personally be filing a report with the BBB so look for that complaint next you lying leech.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE...I REPEAT DO NOT!!!! We spent hours in this store, picked out a bedroom set and television. Was promised free delivery and after processing our order, these CONS started finding additional fees to add that were not disclosed before we began the process. Instead of honoring details that they displayed throughout the store, our order was canceled without request and not one effort was made to rectify the issue. As a consumer, it’s not my responsibility to know how and and at what rate YOUR policies change, Conns. I will never do business here and I don’t recommend anyone else does. Shady is an understatement for this establishment and I’m highly disappointed in having my time (over 2hrs) wasted with no effort to even provide a solution.
